Do I need an appointment to try on bridal gowns?
Yes! We encourage brides to schedule an appointment to ensure a fitting room and a Bridal Consultant are available. We believe this experience should be more private and memorable. The 1-on-1 experience is very important to us!
How do I schedule an appointment?
The best way to schedule is through our website, or you may call our boutique at 561-372-9377 or email amazingbridescouture@gmail.com.
Why do you have a booking fee?
Our booking fee secures that 1-on-1 experience with your Bridal Consultant. As we operate by appointment, this ensures you have the undivided attention and exclusive use of our bridal area for you and your guests. Your booking may be applied directly towards the purchase of your gown when you say "yes" to the dress!
Our Standard Non-Refundable Booking Fee is $25 (1 hour- You may bring 2-3 guests with you.) Our VIP Non-Refundable Booking Fee is $100 (1 hour & 30 mins- You may bring up to 8 guests.)
How long is my bridal appointment?
The standard bridal appointment is for one (1) hour. You may bring 2-3 guests. If you would like additional time and bring more guests, we recommend scheduling a VIP appointment. A VIP appointment is an additional 30 minutes, and you may bring up to 8 guests.
What is your Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy?
We understand that unplanned issues can come up, and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Should that happen, we respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to a bride on our waiting list. Should you wish to reschedule, we are more than happy to assist.
Please note Booking Fees are non-refundable even in the event you cancel your appointment.
In the event you choose to reschedule your appointment, your booking fee will be applied towards the new date/time.
Do you have a No-Show Policy?
Yes, our bridal consultants want to be available for your needs. When a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another potential client loses an opportunity to be taken care of. In the event you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us and decide later on to reschedule with Amazing Brides Couture, you will be required to submit another non-refundable booking fee of $25 at the time of scheduling.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, keep in mind that appointments take priority. We may not always be able to assist immediately. We always encourage you to call us before your arrival to ensure our availability.
Please be aware that walk-ins will also be required to submit a Booking Fee. This secures your spot and covers the immediate convenience of squeezing you into the schedule.
What is the price range of your bridal gowns?
Our bridal gowns typically start at $2,000 and can go up to $10,000 +, depending on the style. We also carry a selection of off-the-rack gowns, "as is," priced under $2,000.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! We have our in-house seamstress. An appointment is always needed for alterations.
We also accept alterations even if you did not purchase your gown from us. A consultation with our seamstress will be needed. During the consultation, you will need to bring your dress and try it on. Our seamstress will be able to see what needs to be done and provide you with a quote.
Please note consultations for alterations on gowns not purchased with us require a fee of $25. This fee is applied towards your alteration costs should you wish to proceed with alteration services with us.
Do you customize bridal gowns?
We do work with designers who are able to customize your gown. For more information, an appointment is needed with one of our Bridal Consultants. During the appointment, you will try on gowns, go over silhouette, details, fabric, pricing, and approximate shipping dates.
Do I need an appointment to look at accessories?
Yes. During your accessories appointment, one of our Bridal Stylists will be assisting you. If you purchased your gown from us, you will be able to see the full look for your special day! For brides who did not purchase their gown from us, we highly recommend bringing your gown while trying on accessories to ensure you love the full bridal look!
Do you carry all of the gowns from each designer?
We carry a curated selection of gowns from each designer listed on our website. We hand-select our pieces from each collection as our approach is to focus more on quality versus quantity. This offers brides a more manageable and thoughtfully chosen selection rather than overwhelming racks.
